Cleaning is scheduled after your regular trash pickup, when your cans are empty. Exact availability depends on your neighborhood route.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME?
No. Just leave the cans you selected empty and curbside after pickup.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY CANS CLEANED?
